Late news open now!

The organizers of JEMS2022 have decided to open the late abstracts submission procedure. The accepted contribution will be predominantly presented as posters, however eight most outstanding ones will comprise a "latest news" oral session to be held on early afternoon on Friday 29 July 2022. Late abstracts are welcome until 16 June 2022 (23:59 CET - Central European Time). Sharp!

All abstracts must be submitted online using the dedicated submission form. Each abstract must be directed to one of the announced symposia.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINES

The length of the abstract should be maximum of 1 page of A4 format. The authors should provide comprehensive details of their work in a concise form. Please prepare your abstract according to:
  1. The abstract must be uploaded as a PDF file. Word and LaTex JEMS2022 Abstract Templates are provided below. Please, follow the templates strictly.
  2. The official language of JEMS2022 is English. Authors must make sure that the abstract has been written in proper English.
  3. Please inspect your abstract carefully before submitting. However, should you find it necessary, changes will be permitted within the abstract submission deadline.
  4. A maximum of total 2 contributions may be presented by a single registered author throughout the whole JEMS conference (i.e. including the former submissions).
The new presenting authors will be required to register for the conference in order to ensure their abstract(s) is included in the final program.

The Symposia Chairs will review all submitted abstracts and assess them in relation to their relevance to the conference themes and scientific merit.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email to the submitting author by 24 June 2022. The correspondence will be a system notification, therefore please check your SPAM / JUNK folder shall you not have this e-mail in your inbox after June 24th.

A note about posters:
The conference is planned in a hybrid form, however the poster presentations will be organized exclusively online via separate Zoom Rooms, where presenters will be able to discuss their posters with attending participants. In order to increase the visibility of the poster presentations the presenting authors will be required to prepare a 2 slide summary of their work and deliver a 2 minutes teaser just before the poster session discussions in separate Zoom Rooms.
We do not plan to display hardcopy posters.
